Hope Through Connection Family Nomination 2026

Do you know a bereaved family who could use a moment to breathe, reconnect, and feel supported?

The Hope Through Connection Giveaway was created to offer small moments of light to families navigating the unimaginable loss of a child. Through donated experiences, activities, and community support, we hope to remind grieving families that they are not forgotten and that joy, connection, and meaningful memories can still exist alongside grief.

Families may be nominated by friends, loved ones, community members, or may nominate themselves. All nominations are kept confidential and reviewed with compassion and care.

This giveaway is not about “fixing” grief. It is simply about creating space for connection, gentle moments of hope, and reminding families that their community is still walking beside them.
